I actually get so damn excited when QVC release the sneak peaks of a new Tili Beauty Box*, but I actually didn’t realise that this one was launching until a few follows messages me to let me know (thank you!). Thank goodness, because otherwise I definitely would have missed out. The Tili Beauty Box is completely subscription free and is always jam packed full of high end, luxury brands. Oh, and did I mention that it will only leave you £20 out of pocket? Yep, ladies n’ gents – this box retails at a mere £20, and the postage and packaging is even free too!
If you’re interested to see what I thought of the second and third Tili boxes, you can have a peek at my Tili box reviews here: Third Edition // Second Edition.
What’s In The Box?
Alpha-H Liquid Rose Gold – 50ml
Sample Size – Worth £17.00
I’m absolutely intrigued by this product (and that may or may not be because the packaging is rose gold…) which is a limited edition sample of a QVC customer fave. The formula features a Liquid Gold glycolic acid base containing a list of botanical ingredients such as orchid pearl. Fancy, eh? You apply this bad boy before bed to exfoliate away your dead skin cells why you sleep (multitasking, nice) and is supposed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and large pores.
OPI Fiji Collection Nail Polish – 15ml
Sample Size – Worth £9.00
You get a brand new SS17 Fiji collection O.P.I. polish in the box, and to be honest this is my favourite thing in here… so far. I popped this beautiful pale pink shade on my nails as soon as I opened the box (couldn’t help myself tbh) and although you need a few coats to reach full opacity, this stuff looks absolutely beaut on the nails. You get a random one in eight shades available and I luckily got this lilac-toned pastel pink – Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon.
Vita Liberata 10 Minute Tan – 20ml
Sample Size – Worth £3.20
I don’t use self tanning products at all, so I feel like this one’s a bit wasted on me. However it promises to give you and odour-free, transfer resistant, hold tan. Plus, it can be washed off after 10 minutes, and develops within 4-6 hours. Sounds like an amazing product for lovers of the fake bake!
QVC – Peony Rose in a Clear Glass Cube*
Erno Laszlo Cleansing Oil and Cleansing Bar – 15ml & 17g
Sample Size – Worth £3.50 (oil) and £4.25 (bar)
Again, this product isn’t up m street and I don’t see myself using it, but that’s all down the personal preference. I’m not a massive fan of cleansing oils, and bar soaps just aren’t the one, so I think this will get passed along to someone who might enjoy it more. The brand is a premium ones, and the luxury formula declares war on dirt, makeup, and impurities to create glowing, fresh skin.
It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream – 4ml
Sample Size – Worth £4.35
The only option is Medium, so if you fall on the exceptionally fair or dark sides of the skin shade spectrum this just might not cut it for you. But I personally am so bloody excited to recieve some It Cosmetics in the box, omgaaaad. You can rarely find It Cosmetics in the UK, with QVC being the only place I can actually think of that stocks the brand. So to get a CC cream from them, is a dream come true for a makeup addict like m’self.
Julien Farel Vitamin Shampoo & Julien Farel Vitamin Conditioner – 50ml
Sample Size – Worth £8.50
I always need travel size shampoos and conditioners to try out as I do move around and travel quite a bit, this formula by Julien Farel is designed with weakened or damaged hair in mind, and thus is designed to cleanse your hair without stripping away natural oils. Defo going to pop these in my carry on for my press trip in a weeks time!
Ultrasun Face SPF30 – 25ml
Sample Size – Worth £10.00
I actually have a backlog/stash of these Ultrasun Face samples for this summer now, and I’m not at all complaining. This formula is where it is at guyssss. It’s lightweight, perfect for sensitive skin, and doesn’t cause greasy “sunscreen” skin or breakouts. Plus, it applies like a regular moisturiser so no excuses for not applying facial SPF!!!
Benefit Roller Lash – 3g
Sample Size – Worth £5.85
I used a sample of this a few months ago, and was so tempted to buy the full version. The only reason that I didn’t was because I have a stash of mascara samples that just need to get trialled and used and I just couldn’t justify it. The wand on this baby is perfect, it’s curled and picks up just the right amount of the water-resistant mascara formula. Did I not mention? This still gives you lots & lots & lots of length, girl.
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser – 30ml
Sample Size – Worth £4.20
The classic Liz Earle Hot Cloth formula is actually one of my all time favorite cleansers, and I do have a stash of this product in my beauty draws just waiting to get used, so I will pass it on. If you haven’t tried it yet then you definitely should try it out, it’s a wonderful product to recieve in a box like this as you’re getting a lot of high-quality product for an absolute bargain, as I believe the full size retails for around this price. Plus, you get a muslin cloth to go with the cleanser – amazing Tili Box!
Although the value of this box doesn’t quite match that of the other two that I reviewed, I still am a massive fan of the Tili Beauty Box and everything it offers to the world of the beauty box. The promise of premium, high end products all boxed up in beautiful packaging for just £20.00, subscription free, always leaves me feeling beauty-satisfied and I don’t think that anyone could ever be disappointed with this kind of box. I’m always really impressed with the quality and range of products, and for what you’re paying I don’t think you could quite get better. Plus, the inclusion of some QVC-only exclusive products is even more enticing, don’cha think?
*I was gifted this beauty box, however all thoughts and opinions are my own*
Never tried this box before, the stuff you got does look good :)KaylaSheer Beauty Blog
Thanks so much Kayla! <3
