A few weeks ago, Octer got in touch and asked if I fancied reviewing their website. Once I’d had a little nose around their webpage, I was intrigued by the concept and just had to give it a go. The site allows you to search through multiple outlets/brands through one search engine, amazing right? They have a variety of stores on the books, and with categories like “Beauty”, “Technology”, & “Interiors” – you’re bound to find something that’s right up your street.
So, say you want a “pink summer dress” – You can search through a ridiculous amount of brands like Topshop, ASOS, Missguided… and view the results of your search for all of the brands, on one webpage. Uhhh, gamechanger much? You can also filter by store and price, and Sale Items only, which is perfect for when you have a budget in mind.
I found this pretty sweet bardot-style day dress* from ASOS through my search, by searching for an off shoulder sun-dress & changing the max price to around £40. This little beauty is perfect for a sun-kissed walk along the beach, & the blushed rose tone is so flattering for any skin tones, whilst the shape skims all the curves, gals.
I also picked out these ASOS cat eye sunnies* too! I specifically shopped for ASOS sunglasses through the Octer search engine, as I feel like they have the highest quality (and the hottest styles) on the highstreet. The cat eye shape really works for my face shape, whilst the metallic detail is so on trend.
I’ve never used a website like it, and I seriously think that it’s changed my shopping game from now on. Octer also have an app so you can browse to your heart’s desire, on the go – yaaas!
Check out the awesome photography by Ben Blyth, he’s a wizard behind a camera – and these shots have some serious edge to them. He also resides in Cardiff, so if any Cardiff-based bloggers out there need a photographer for a shoot – Ben’s your guy.
