Not sorry tho, because I have a tonne of spoilers for you and you don’t want to miss this. Batiste Stylist Heat & Shine Spray

RRP £4.49 / 200ml

Unfortunately I don’t use heated tools on my hair very often due to bleaching damage, and I don’t particularly like that “hairspray” feel to the hair so I only would use a product like this sparingly, and rarely. So for me, this is a bit of a dud in the box. No offence, Batiste, your dry shampoo is still my drugstore go-to, but I can tell that this just isn’t for me. If you’re into straightening/curling your hair a lot, you’ll definitely get a lot of use out of this – plus, it’s full sized. Winner winner.

Eness Nourishing Hand Cream

RRP £6.50 / 100ml

Ahhh I’m just getting really fed up of getting hand creams in beauty boxes. I know that it’s totally down to personal preference, and I’m fully aware that the majority of people really dig a gr8 hand lotion. But honestly, I cannot stand hand cream for daily use. I literally only keep a few lotions in my skincare collection for after hair dying, or a marathon washing up session. Unfortunately, I just can’t bring myself to be positive about a hand cream. However, if it’s yo thing, this one contains lots of natural oils to ensure you’re super hydrated and silky soft.

Beauty Pro Black Diamonds Peel Off Mask

RRP £4.95 for 3

I think this was an extra product in this months box (???) because I have a total of six products in the box, which is definitely more than usual.. I think? I dunno, but I’m not complaining – I’m so bloody excited to try this. I live for charcoal face products as they always help to soak up impurities on my oily skin. Plus, this product is of the “peel off” variety that’s getting a lot of hype right now. Not sure if it will actually remove any blackheads, but it’s worth a shot.

111 Skin Space Defence Bright Eye Lift Gel

RRP £110 / 15ml

Although I would never pick this up for myself (£110 on an eye cream, ahem?) that’s what makes it totally magical to recieve in this box. It’s a great way of trialling more pricey, high end skincare without committing to a full size product. This is a nifty lil sample size of 5ml which makes the value an impressive £37.00 – crazy. I’m definitely going to be trialling this one out in my skincare routine this summer.

Manna Sheer Glo Illuminator

RRP £22.50 / 28ml

If there’s a highlight of some form in a beauty box, I’m one happy gal. This one isn’t a full size, yet it’s definitely deluxe sample as the real thing contains 28ml, and this contains 20ml. Equivalent cost? £15! The little Glossybox guide card says that this lil guy can be used as a highlight, or mixed in with foundation for a glowy/dewy look. I’m actually a huge fan of whippin’ some liquid highlight into my foundation as it gives the skin some extra dimension, especially as I love to mattify in the summer which can really make a makeup look dull and lifeless. It has wonderfully peachy tones (how on trend) and I’m also going to try and work it out as a blush topper over some coral blush shades.

Sleek Power Plump Lip Crayon in Notorious Nude

RRP £5.50

Ahhhhhhh, excited much? I don’t know why I get so hyped over seeing Sleek products in beauty boxes, but I absolutely love the quality of their products for the price. This lip product gives you that tingling sensation for a fuller, plumped pout – and the shade choice is the perfect nude.

Total Cost: £10.00 (£3.25 P&P)Total Value: £70.14 (approx)

My verdict? Apart from there being 2 dud products for me personally, the rest of this box is really impressive – Well done, Glossybox! I can’t wait to create a makeup look with the plumping Sleek lip product, and get down n’ dewy with the Manna illuminator too. The eye gel cream was the clear highlight of box, however the peel off mask as extra “discover” product does things for me.

What do you think of this months box?

What are your fave products?

This box has some amazing things in it. I love the sounds of the Sleep Lip Crayon and the Batiste Spray. But like I would try out everything in this box ;).Lea,

I tried it the other day and it did help to remove built up makeup in my nose pores!
