Arguably, the best day of the month – Cohorted unboxing day! I know that, guaranteed, I’ll get 4/5 high end items that I wouldn’t usually pick up – although, there have been a few faves featuring in my last few boxes. Naturally, I get all giddy at the thought of brand new high end beauty products which makes Cohorted the box for me.

What’s In The Box?
Lica Cole The Good Vibe Discovery Kit
This lil kit includes an Organic Cleansing Smoothie, Polishing Paste, and Whipped Butter – all to create a very unique skincare experience. This sort of kit isn’t really my thing, but what a fab way of trying out a new skincare routine, and a whole new brand!
Figs & Rouge Smart Nutrient Vital Moisture Day Cream
RRP – £28.00
Finally, a beauty box actually gave me a product that suits my skin type?! Yaaaaas! This day cream is for normal/combo sensitive skin (literally me right now) & promises to boost skin elasticity whilst providing anti-oxidant hydration. This is definitely a more thick cream, so I might use this only at night to prevent oil production throughout the day. It also smells like cocoa butter, yum!
Cargo Around The World Eyeshadow Palette
RRP – £32.00
I’ve actually got this palette already…. aaaand it was in a previous Cohorted box? Bit confused? It was in the Cohorted November 2016 Box (have a peek at my review here) – so anyone that’s been a long term Cohorted subscriber might be a bit pissed upon the sight of this palette in the box. On the other hand, for new members this is fab. The palette itself is beautiful, I think the quality is fab – but the shades do lack in diversity. Unfortunately, I’m personally not very happy to see this in the box – but hey, I get to give it away to one of you lovely lot!
Benefit Roller Lash Curling Mascara
RRP – £10.00
This is one of my top 5 fave mascaras ever, so do I need another travel sized? Yes, absolutely. I love love love travel size mascaras, they make it easier to use all the product in the tube before throwing away within the suggested use time, and the product stays much fresher IMO. I also adore the mini packaging too, I keep mine for travel!
Smith & Cult The Shining Lip Lacquer
RRP – £21.00
Oh god, Cohorted?! Can you stop filling the box with glosses in unwearable shades? I absolutely adore the look of this gloss, and on paper, it sounds right up my street. The shade however, not cool. I only every wear nude glosses (like most of the population) – so adding a bright red gloss is a little bit… questionable? I don’t know a gal/guy that would wear a gloss in such a bold colour as glosses are known for moving and transferring a lot. It’s just not practical! On the other hand, the packaging is bloomin’ cute though.
Total Box Value – £114.00
For £35, this is a bargain – you’re really pulling it together Cohorted. Unfortunately, the gloss is just not my shade, and I already have the eye shadow palette – but if you haven’t already got the Cargo palette in your life, you’ll be pleasantly surprised! Also, the Roller Lash gets an A* from me, as it’s one of my classic fave mascaras, ever. Overall, a nifty turnover for a £35 box – Congrats, Cohorted!
