It’s that time again, hey February Birchbox! I was super excited about this beauty box after spotting a few teasers on the Birchbox social media channels, especially the gorgeous box design! Birchbox kindly send me a beauty box every month so I didn’t get to pick my design, but if you do subscribe then you would have been able to pick from two beautiful palm prints! Plus, every Birchbox subscriber was guaranteed two full sized products, a Spectrum Collections eye shadow brush and a mini Pop Beauty palette filled with 3 beautiful neutral shadows this month – resulttttt.
I am seriously already in love with this one, guys. Honestly, I sprayed it on accidentally thinking it was a dry shampoo, and then everything got quite tacky and texturised and I really what the product really was (excuse my clumsiness) and then I went to create a messy bun, and voila – it was purrrfect. My hair held it’s perfectly un-done look all day, and the texture was just right and wasn’t too greasy or too matte. I’m already considering repurchasing the full size of this product so you know it’s the real deal.
I couldn’t be happier to see this mask in this months box, as I’m absolutely obsessed with sheet masks. Ya, they do look pretty terrifying when they’re on but they work wonders on the skin. Oh, and I’ve heard that this bad boy has an abundance of serum in the packet which is always a blast because you can get beautifully soft skin multiple times after you’ve finished using the actual sheet mask, just keep hold of the packaging with the extra good stuff and pop it in the fridge for freshness!
Although I haven’t heard much about the brand, I have indeed heard of Pop Beauty. So when I heard the news that one of their mini palettes was going to be included in everyone’s Birchbox it was pretty exciting. I have (understatement) plenty of eyeshadow palettes, however this one does feature gorgeous warm colours that I would indeed pop on my lids so it’s a great edition to my ever-growing eyeshadow collection.
Yikes, I have so many leave in conditioning sprays that I have to do regular declutters to get rid of the duds. Know what that means? I’m bloody obsessed with them so I was totally up for saying haaaai to this lovely guy from Beaver Professional. I use this on my dry locks, to give extra moisture and safe to say that so far, I’m loving it. The packaging could do with a little excitement injected into it, but the product itself gets s thumbs up from me!
As far as I’m aware you can only nab this bad boy on the Birchbox website (linked above) or within this months box – duhhh. If you want to know my stance on the brush check out my post about the Spectrum Collections original eye and face brushes, you’ll get why I have no doubt that this bad boy with be the #bomb.
