Birchbox UK June & July 2017 | Unboxing & Review

It's that Birchbox* time o' the month again, and boyyyy do I have a treat instore for you. This is a Birchbox double whammy, as I was so busy with my Cyprus trip last month that by the time I came back home, I had both waiting for me! The contents of both boxes didn't disappoint - Not only did I get a Benefit product sample to try out in the July box, but there's also an awesome sneak peak into the August box too....

Meech N Mia Brow Liner - Full Size - £12.99
Ecotools Eye Enhancing Set - Full Size - £5.99
Cowshed Cow Pat Hand Cream - Full Size - £8.00
Scrub Love Coffee Body Scrub - Sample Size - £2.98

VALUE - £29.96
(and whatever the Bobbi Brown sample costs...)

I was supposed to get a Bobbi Brown eye cream in this month's Birchbox, which I was really excited for, and it just wasn't in my lil day trippin' bag. Absolutely bummer, but I was gifted this box so I can't really complain. Would have been so nice to try some Bobbi Brown Skincare though...

Otherwise, this box is fab fab fab. Bar the hand cream product which seems to be in every beauty box these days. I'm not one for hand cream but this one sounds lush, full of grapefruit oil and coriander, yum! I'll probably be putting this in a giveaway or gifting to a friend because hand creams really aren't for me. The coffee scrub would probably be my fave thing about this box if it wasn't for the Eco Tools brushes - they're my absolute fave for applying makeup. I already have these brushes too, but who doesn't use 20 brushes for one eye look right?!

Benefit Go Go Tint - Sample Size - £6.38
Anatomicals Softening Eucalyptus Foot Cream - Sample Size - N/A
English Laundry Oxford Bleu - Sample Size  - N/A

VALUE - £16.01
(plus the foot cream & perfume sample)

Unfortunately, there were quite a few other products that I would have much rather have made an appearance in my Birchbox this month... however, the Benefit Tint product gets an A* from me and the Balance Me Micellar Water is the icing on the cake. I've genuinely used the Micellar Water for months now, and I wouldn't dare remove my makeup with anyone else. It may not be the most value in terms of the box itself, but I'm pretty happy with the few products inside. I would have much rather have seen at least one full size product, however the August spoiler completely resolves this issue...

In your August Birchbox you'll recieve a full size Spectrum Cosmetics makeup brush!

*This beauty box was sent to me for review, however all thoughts and opinions are my own*

  1. Did youtry the Percy & Reed? The stuff is amazing! I thought I'd be the usual greaseball the morning after a sleep in hair mask, but it just made my hair feel REALLY silky, soft and lovely.

  2. These look awesome. Shame about the Bobby Brown eye cream though!
