Transition Florals | Dizen x Motel Rocks

Dizen x Motel Rocks - Botanical Ivory Oyster Dress*
H&M Basics - Roll Neck Top in Black (Similar)
Primark - Black Tassel Messenger Bag
Primark - Black Fedora (Old)
Topshop - Kimono Tuxedo Jacket (Old)

I am all about transitioning right now guys. With the weather fluctuating from drizzly rain to beaming sunshine on a daily basis, it's all about making your shiny new, summery clothes werk werk werk for both types of weather. Dizen sent me over this god darn' gorgeous floral summer dress* and I just had to style it up with layers as I do live in Wales, and the season of Summer is but a myth here.

Turtle necks are my go-to transition pieces for SS16, as my wardrobe has been full of them from layering in the winter months. I worked my basic black turtle neck with the Motel Oyster Dress* to add some protection from the elements, whilst leaving the talkin' to the beautiful botanical print. I, of course, had to throw on a fedora and a tassel bag to nod to the latest festival trends, whilst the tuxe kimono and Public Desire Trisha Boots* add some stylish formality.

How would you transition your florals into Summer?

I love how you paired that dress with that black top - it's something I'd consider doing cuz I hate having my arms exposed.
